30 day configuration warranty

If any hardware sold, configured and installed by Australia Wide I.T. should fail with 30 days we will reconfigure the equipment free-of-charge.

The following conditions apply for eligibility:

  • The goods must have been originally supplied and installed by AWIT
  • The fault must be reported to AWIT within 30 days of installation.
  • The goods must fall within the normal manufacturers warranty period.
  • In the case of computer systems including desktops, laptops and servers the customer must have a full, valid backup for the affected system otherwise AWIT will restore the system to original factory defaults only.
