We are a team of highly skilled and qualified computer support technicians with years of corporate IT experience. We are not your typical back-yard ‘computer guy’. We are the people you come to when you want the job done right. We’ll collect your computer, repair it, then return it to you.
How does it work?
When you are ready to book, fill in the form below and we’ll collect your computer, diagnose and repair it then return the computer to you.
How much does it cost?
We charge a refundable assessment fee of $165, you only pay this if you do not proceed with your repair. When we receive your computer it will be assessed and we will give you a fixed-price cost to carry out the repair, for many minor repairs you’ll pay no more than the $165 assessment fee.
Do you charge for freight?
No, not normally. If you are located in rural or regional Australia there may be a freight surcharge, if this applies to you we’ll let you know.
How long does it take?
We aim to assess and quote repairs within 2 business days of receiving the computer. Repairs which don’t require replacement parts are usually completed within 1-2 business days.
What if I’m in a hurry?
